it was a zone coverage and the CB released him to the LB and the S...but the lone S couldn't cover both sides of the field and the linebacker didn't get enough depth. Bad scheme.

not to me....it was 8 in the box and the S can't cover both sides of the field. Looked more like the LB didn't get the proper depth. DeMeco can't cover Gates in any case....really bad scheme if you ask me.

if petey faggins had anything to do with the play, history tells me to put it on him. again, no pressure on the qb and if the DC has demeco slated to be 30 yards down the field in a zone coverage, we are really screwed.
