It seems Jonathon Scott, Offensive Tackle for UT, is looking closely into entering the 2005 NFL Draft. A reliable source of mine told me that Scott is considering going into the draft if it is to his best interest...stay tuned.

with Wand do we really need a Tackle? or are you just saying he might enter the draft.. doesnt really have anything to do with the Texans.

I think LT is ok right now. If we do take a LT, it will be in round 3 or 4.

texas players always seem to find some in

ive to stay. Scott is well regarded but i am not sure if he a Top 10 guy like leonard Davis and Mike williams who both stay for their senior seasons.

If he listens to NFL scouts, he'll be back for his senior season. If he listens to agents, he's gone.

Mack has had a good record of having his players stay on board. Kwame Cavil was the last UT player to leave early and most of that had to do with a long suspension looming in the upcoming season.

I bet Scott stays.

During the Kansas/Texas game they talked about Scott and said that Scott's dad said that Scott was coming back for his senior season...

His stock will be better with a full 4 years than just 3. The o-line positions are too key and valuable to miss out on experience and playing time to help you learn and improve. He stays.
