i know he does not get credit for much....but damn i really love watching Vonta -blow people up. He is one of those hidden gems on this team. Did anyone see that hit he put on Pepper, that forced him out. WOW !!!!!
I was really surprised to see how good of hands he has too.

Did we sign him to a 1 yr deal or multiple this last offseason?

I think he was signed to a multiple year deal after the Giants tried to come in after we really lowballed Vonta on a deal. He was really instrumental in helping kickstart our running game later in the year when he started getting substantial playing time.

I don't think it's that much of a suprise that he has good hands or gets involved in the game other then just blocking. When Kubiak was in Denver Griffith did the same things Vonta does now.
