Houston Texans defensive end Mario Williams, left, celebrates his fumble recovery for a touchdown with teammate Travis Johnson (99) during the third quarter of an NFL football game against the Kansas City Chiefs, Sunday, Sept. 9, 2007, in Houston. The Texans beat the Chiefs, 20-3.
Last year, the Houston Texans startled the football world when they made N.C. State defensive end Mario Williams the first overall pick in the draft, bypassing running back Reggie Bush and local favorite Vince Young, a quarterback.
Then Williams had a disappointing season, finishing with 4.5 sacks. He also had a lingering foot injury.
