Yes i realize that......but for the tickets, if you are a SEASON TICKET HOLDER, you get them offered to you EVERY YEAR with or without a PSL....... you are correct, the PSL is for the PRIME SEATS...... and I ponied up in year 3 for two in the Bullpen.

Those non PSL owners aren't guarenteed the same seats. If the Texans really start having success look for them to make all the seats in reliant psl seats just like the carolina panthers.

This statement is 100% true. I was on the phone just a couple of days ago with a senior official with the Texans in their ticket office and if the Texans have back to back "winning seasons", look for the non psl seats to have something change to them.

Meaning they turn into psl's or become more expensive because the individual didn't have to pay for a psl so they pay more of a premium than before.

You may be right, however I am sure that the CURRENT holder of the season tickets gets FIRST SHOT as to whether they want to buy the PSL or not. Wow........ won't that cause an uproar with season ticket holders! I am not real sure if Bob wants to piss off that many people.

Those people will have that right but if they don't purchase the PSL's then they lose the seats.

As far as Bob not wanting to piss of that many people, non psl seats make up a small part of the stadium and if Bob is selling out the stadium and is getting people to purchase PSL's, I am sure he won't care about the people who didn't purchase the psl. Also if Bob didn't want to piss of that many people he would have had the team draft VY and we all saw what he did there.

Trust me, Robert McNair is a business man 1st. I know in the 2006 the team was ranked #4 out of all the nfl teams net worth, over a billion dollars.

No, like I was saying earlier, is that the Texans are planning to make ALL seats in the stadium PSL's if they have 2 winning seasons, from what I have heard from a senior official in the Texans.

So if you currently own a non psl seat now and the Texans convert those non psl seats to psl seats then the season ticket holder will be given the option to purchase the psl and then the season tickets. If the season ticket holder does not want to purchase the psl, they will lose there season tickets.

LOL...... I realize that, so non-psl holders have a CHOICE of keeping their seats (paying the PSL), JUST LIKE PSL owners have a choice of keeping their seats each year.

Point is, it doesn't matter if they convert them to PSL seats or not, what matters is that the season ticket holder has a CHOICE of keeping their seats, just like PSL holders do.

My point is, get your checkbook out when it happens.

You probably would have been better off getting PSLs in the beginning than waiting to the later date required by the Texans when they turn Reliant into a 100% PSL stadium. Which, I think is the point some people are trying to make to you. You seem to be arguing you are in an equal position with PSL owners in relation to you being a non-PSL owner. YOU ARE NOT!

By the way, I believe the Texans organization doesn't have to offer you a PSL price for your seats at some conversion date. They probably will, but I don't think there is any legal contract requiring them to make you an offer (please show me something). I can show my PSL agreement and what I get. So you could be left out of the cold for any reason of their choosing or required to move somewhere else.

Whereas, as an original PSL owner, I am guaranteed my seats at Reliant with the Texans as long as I pay for my tickets.

My suggestion, if you want to remain a season ticketholder, buy some PSLs now that someones wants to unload. Pricing is probably still pretty good and you won't have to play musical chairs with the risk of not having a chair when the music stops.

How many stadiums in the NFL are 100% PSL based? Anyone know? how many of them are teams like the Colts or Pats? I don't know that these teams are 100% PSL based...but I would be very suprised if they were.

The bottom line is that no one truly knows if the Texans would do something like this. It is all pure speculation...regardless of the sources mentioned on this thread. If they do, then fine, I buy the PSL...but until then, I don't have to...and this might NEVER happen.

Thank you! Thats my point, I know people that are in year 6 of their same seats, IF they go to PSL's, I am sure they will have the choice of keeping the seats. They have somebody that pays for them EVERY YEAR, therefore they will STILL offer them to the person that has been paying for years FIRST.

My point is, NON-PSL owners are not in the same position as PSL owners. I am getting the impression from you guys that you think being a NON-PSL is equal to a PSL owner.

If you have NON-PSL tickets, you could get bent over at anytime by the Texans organization. There is nothing to require the Texans organization to offer you those tickets or a PSL in the future (if they do offer something, I am sure it will be very expensive because the demand will be so high and supply will be very short), if so, please let me know what it is.

Agreed. You have you tickets locked up. Nor do I think being a non-psl owner is the same as a psl owner.

No one has managed to tell me if there is a stadium in the NFL that is 100% owned by PSL people. I don't think (nor do I have proof) that there is one....

I don't know if there are any stadiums that are 100% PSL. But, I suspect the Pats, Steelers, and Redskins are close.

The Cowboys are building an amazing stadium, that is going to be insane.

Houston is a football town, and when the fever hits and it becomes a seller's market, who knows what will happen.

Running a football team isn't cheap and it's a business.

Not only asking $12,500 for 4 PSL's, but charging $19 for shipping!

U haven't seen anything yet. Just wait until the Texans start making the playoffs regularly and possibly go to the superbowl. I've seen my brothers panthers psl that cost him $2500 in 1994 now worth over $10,000 now..and thats one seat. ...stay tuned. I'm just glad I got mines.

u are a smart man...and you will get 10,000 for your psl one day soon. It just depends on how well the team does. I personally don't think the Texans ticket prices are out of hand. Go to the panthers website sometimes and check their prices for the game tickets.

Hollywood the panthers are 100 percent psl. Even the upppers are psl seats.
