Default Moulds as a Titan...how does that effect us?

Will Moulds being a Titan effect us at all? We know what he can/can't do, but he also knows a lot about us. How much of a factor is that, or does it make no difference at all?

For one, it means Moulds threads now belong in the NFL forum.

Teams study so much film on their opponents. I can't imagine signing a former player of ours is going to give them much of an advantage. I don't think it'll give them any advantage actually.

It might motivate him to play a bit harder against us other then that... i don't expect any huge implications.

The real problem arises when people confuse the first spelling with the second: “effect.” This too can be two different words. The more common one is a noun: “When I left the stove on, the effect was that the house filled with smoke.” When you affect a situation, you have an effect on it. The less common is a verb meaning “to create”: “I’m trying to effect a change in the way we purchase widgets.”

No wonder people are confused. Note especially that the proper expression is not “take affect” but “take effect”—become effective. Hey, nobody ever said English was logical: just memorize it and get on with your life.

From your link:

Quote:
synonyms affect, influence, touch, impress, strike, sway mean to produce or have an effect upon. affect implies the action of a stimulus that can produce a response or reaction <the sight affected her to tears>. influence implies a force that brings about a change (as in nature or behavior) <our beliefs are influenced by our upbringing>. touch may carry a vivid suggestion of close contact and may connote stirring, arousing, or harming <plants touched by frost> <his emotions were touched by her distress>. impress stresses the depth and persistence of the effect <only one of the plans impressed him>. strike, similar to but weaker than impress, may convey the notion of sudden sharp perception or appreciation <struck by the solemnity of the occasion>. sway implies the acting of influences that are not resisted or are irresistible, with resulting change in character or course of action <politicians who are swayed by popular opinion>.

What is the EFFECT.

How will it AFFECT you.

What is the EFFECT of Moulds going to Tennessee.

How will Moulds leaving AFFECT us.

Quote:
usage Effect and affect are often confused because of their similar spelling and pronunciation. The verb affect usually has to do with pretense <she affected a cheery disposition despite feeling down>. The more common 3affect denotes having an effect or influence <the weather affected everyone's mood>. The verb effect goes beyond mere influence; it refers to actual achievement of a final result <the new administration hopes to effect a peace settlement>. The uncommon noun affect, which has a meaning relating to psychology, is also sometimes mistakenly used for the very common effect. In ordinary use, the noun you will want is effect <waiting for the new law to take effect> <the weather had an effect on everyone's mood>.
The weather caused a negative effect.

The weather affected me negatively.

If Moulds does effect affect (hell I don't even know which word to use anymore, I'm so damn confussed. ), it will be a positive effect affect, because the only information he can give them will be leaky information.

I mean with how badly the offense was dumbed down with "you know who" running it, even Moulds doesn't know what the heck kind of offensive schemes we will run this year.

Carr + Kubiak's system 1.0

is going to be like night and day compared to

Schaub + Kubiak's system 2.0

This is a totally different team.

I agree, just putting forth the stat. It's not like the veteran WR we signed (McCardell) had a better game. Although or new #2, Walter, went 1 catch for 10 yards.
