I can't help myself

Every year, around this time, I try to be patient. I love my team, I support my team, but I try not to get my hopes up too high. I love watching the football, and know that we have to grow. I keep myself reserved. This year I can't do that. I can't let myself think of this as anything but a great team. Our offense can move the chains. Our defense can hit. Most sundays I'm content to just sit on my couch with a favorite bag of chips and a few cokes, and yell at the tv. Not this year. I have to be there this sunday. My head is just telling me, you don't want to miss this. Thats why me and cabbageferguson are going to be in the bullpen this sunday. I wouldn't miss it for the world. This season is different my friends. I've been to 2 games in franchise history......this year i've already bought tickets to 3. This isn't the same stuff over and over guys. I'm the most negative person i know, but damnit Im excited. Lets pack this house. Lets be LOUD. Lets tell our kids we were there the season they turned it all around.

This is my famiy's first year as season ticket holders. It is my son's sr. year in high school, so it is kind of a going away present to him . We are way pumped about the season and looking forward to tailgating in the yellow lot.

I will be there on the front row of the other endzone getting people pumped for the game. If you watch the Jacoby runback in the dallas game, I am the only on on the front row jumping up and down. The people beside me finally caught on and Jacoby was allready flipping at that point. I do consider myself as a leader in my section.

I'm going to 2, possibly 3, games this year, too. Colts in Houston, Chargers in SD, and possibly Colts in Indy. I'd only been to 1 Texans game prior to this: The Cowboys last year.

I'm totally stoked about this year.

I will be watching on DTV but I wish I was there. I wish I could go tailgate,smell the BBQ pits being fired up, meet some other diehards. Be loud everyone and like Joe said be in your seats early and be there for the team. Also please let everyone know to be quiet when the offense is on the field calling plays.

I believe that um, all US Americans Texans fans should be allowed to be there, and the Iraq and the South Africa. We have to help our neighbors, um, and this should be required of all US American Texan fans to help uh, the Iraq and we will all. How wonderful that all the children. I believe that we may need more maps to get there.

LOL...But you left out "such as" in about three spots.

I will be cheering from the Austin area. I will be attending when the Titans come to town in November, I plan on tailgating and hopefully meeting a lot of you! Ironically, this is probably the one of the only two games that will be aired on CBS in Austin. The other of course being Texans at Titans.

Unfortunately, due to my living arrangements in LA, I am only locked into the Dolphins game this year for sure and the Saints game as long as it starts at noon.

Good news though, I am going to the Charger and Raider games here in California. For both games, I already have tickets and a few rows up from the Texans bench.

Really looking forward to this season and would love to go to every home game.

I probably need to make a change before next season.

Yeah I know, the wording of me email may have been fuzzy. I was trying to say probably the only two games that KEYE will show will be the two Texans/titans games....one of which I will be at Reliant.
