Exclamation Sporting News Scouting Guide:

This is from the 2006 Sporting News Scouting Guide:

(Under Safeties)

31. Michael Boulware
6'2 223 Age:24 3rd year
Strengths: Has burst, size, speed, and athletic ability.
Shows excellent range and instincts in coverage.
Weaknesses: Must improve his recognition skills, angles,
and deep zone awareness. Not physical and has some trouble
getting through traffic.
Bottom line: Boulware is a playmaker and eventually should
develope into an elite starter. Grade:7.3

This was written after his second season, when he was considered as one of the top upcoming young safeties. The guy only had one bad year, out of three seasons.

I expect him to erase his mistakes from last season and pick up where he left off two years ago.

I believe the Seahawks will be sorry. Boulware is going to be good this year for us.

the Seahawks are deep @ the safety position no real reason to be sorry unless of course Babin flops, but then again thats not the Texans concern now its integrating Boulware into this defense as quickly & seamlessly as possible
