This list is about a year old and I forgot who # 7 was (it was from way back in the day), but how does Vince Young not make this list? I realize that I am a VY fanboy, but show me an individual who wouldn't take VY (in his or her top 10) to win a big game for them on the collegiate level....you can't knock on his passing skills, because he could pass the ball his senior year and he did beat a lot of teams with his arm. And Tommie Frazier never had the greatest arm so how does he make it and VY doesn't?.....and ESPNs love affair with the Manning family is just sickening and this is coming from a Peyton Manning fan who has said time and time again that he will be the best QB ever once his career is over with. |

yup any list with 'The Mannings' at #1 is laughable. MY LIST 1. Tommie Frazier (best college QB of all time...he was Vince b4 Vince) 2. Roger Staubach 3. Joe Montana 4. Vince Young 5. Matt Leinart honorable mention: John Elway
