I am bringing some Cowboy steaks.

They are my own recipe baseD on the way I feel about them. At home, I take a crappy, no excuse for meat, and beat the living crap out of it in front of everybody (19-10)and throw it in some tenderizing sauce in the refrigerator for 24 hours. After that (at home again), I beat 'em again (18-0) and throw it on the fire.

They are not so tough after that.

I'll be there, but our corner is bailing left and right (family obligation, trip to Europe, etc.).

Might not bring the tent and grill this week.

I'll be there with Kara, Shadow, Beth, and one of Kara's friends. I have my fantacy football draft Sat also, so depending on when it's over will depend on when I get there. Shouldn't be a problem though.

I can assure you that whatever I decide to bring will NOT get locked up in the back of a truck!! I'm bringing my trusty old car!!
