We've already heard that the Tacks have gotten a court order to bar Pacman from wrestling, and his attorney has said that he will abide because he does not want to jeopardize his NFL career. Under the circumstances thus far, that in itself is a joke. Now it seems that Pacman has the notion of defying the court order. Pacman needs a new nickname to make him more readily identifiable.........PUTZMAN.

Despite the order, a TNA spokesman who referred questions about NFL contractual matters to Jones’ lawyers said, “Adam will appear as scheduled at the Hard Justice pay-per-view event this Sunday night.”.............

.............But on the TNA web site the reference to Jones at Hard Justice says only that he will make a live appearance and “the TNA Wrestling newcomer will speak out about his decision to join Total Nonstop Action.”

In their filing, the Titans said they “notified Mr. Jones that his participation in TNA wrestling events, activities and promotions violates his NFL Player Contract. (The team) requested assurances that Mr. Jones would not engage in any activities that may involve significant risk of personal injury to him.”

“Mr. Jones failed and/or refused to do so or to otherwise provide assurances that his role with TNA does not violate his NFL Player Contract because he cannot.”

I think the Tacks are setting up the legal ground to dump him and avoid paying anything.

Pacman will not ever play another down in the NFL. This time next year he will be sitting in a Georgia prison doing 3-5 for assaulting a police officer.
