I've been to two coaching clinics with Coach Joe, and I have to say that you would have to be dead not to want to run through a brick wall for that guy. He's funny, and straight talking, and the good sort of emotional. Watching him teach something or watching him talk about film is really interesting.

Typically, his special teams units have outperformed the rest of the team. He says in the video that he sees no reason why his ST unit this year can't be a top 5 unit.

Anyway, they are doing a series of videos about the assistant coaches. The Marciano video is particularly good.

He keeps a bad punter for years ?
