KIRKLAND, Wash. -- Warren Moon, who was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in August, was arrested for drunken driving last week after a trooper stopped him in downtown Kirkland for speeding, the State Patrol reported.

After his arrest at 2 a.m. last Friday, Moon was taken to the Kirkland Police Department so troopers could test his blood alcohol level. Police will not release the test results until the King County prosecutor's office files charges.

The facts have come out and Warren did the breath test and was waaaaay under the limit. Basically they have no case at all.
