I thought this was interesting and don't be thrown off by who/what the article is about. The last paragraph is what makes it relevant to the Texans...

How are they going to trade down to the 10 spot, when we don't have the picks to trade up and I don't think we would trade up even if we could. the chances of this happening is 0%

he was just picking a spot to trade down to, he probably didn't even think of who was picking #10.
