Favre's wife diagnosed with breast cancer

GULFPORT, Miss. (AP) -- Deanna Favre, the wife of Green Bay quarterback Brett Favre, has been diagnosed with breast cancer. Deanna Favre was recently released from Sloan Kettering Cancer Center in New York after undergoing a lumpectomy, Bonita Favre, Deanna's mother-in-law, told The Sun Herald on Monday.

Wow......
Thats alot of grief in 12 months. Favre's coaches coaches family, family, dad, wife, this is getting a little rediculous. Even I wouldn't wish this on my worst enemy.

my mom was just diagnosed last week with breast cancer as well

From reports out there, Favre's wife is expected to make a full recovery after treatment.
As I hope is the case for your Mom, Brad. Sure has been a difficult time for the Favre family. He's been handed a lot to deal with, with his father dying from a heart attack and his brother-in-law's death a few weeks ago. |

My love goes out to Favre and family...
he has been through more than most people endure in a lifetime! poor deanna and brett... Makes ya want to donate $$ for breast cancer research... Yeah that was her brother that died... poor lady! |
