Trade down possibility

I was thinking about a possible trade with Carolina. They would acquire our #8 pick and David Carr for there #14 pick and #45 pick (2nd round). The points add up and it would be like us getting a late 3rd rounder for Carr. If this could go down I would love to see the following Mock(s) take place.......
