I didn't see this posted anywhere? I almost missed it myself. Ernie Ladd was one of those guys that got away from the Oilers in the AFL days. Maybe a cheapskate owner, but who really knows?

I knew him as a wrestler. He used to come on Houston Wrestling (Mid-South) when I was a kid.
