Seems like a tactic to end up in Houston. Some sites are posting that he filed the paperwork and has filed a grievance with the NFLPA.

I can see where he's coming from. If he's going to be on the road in the NFL and gone from his family for another year he wants to know that he will be the starter. It makes sense from his standpoint.

Jake marchers to a different drummer. He was raised in what was basically a commune and has a lot of his moms ideals. He is thinking of doing things like the Peace Corp etc. He is very enviromentaly involve (drives a Honda Element) and may do something down that path. To expect Jake to act like most folks, would not give you a very solid idea of what he might be doing.

I heard on the radio that he and Pat Tillman were best friends while in Arizona together and that they shared many of the same ideals as well.
