Default Trade for Jared Allen?

He says he wants to be traded out of Kansas City

http://sportsillustrated.cnn.com/200....ap/index.html

He's put up some very good numbers in only 3 years in the league. The asking price would probably be high, but would you trade a 2nd and 4th round pick for him considering he's still young?

In 2005 he had 55 tackles and 11 sacks.
He had 77 tackles last year and 7.5 sacks.

Would love to have him here, but the asking price is way too high IMO, and he has 2 DUI convictions. I don't think the Texans will even consider him. We're trying to get more picks not less. JMHO!

Agree, with the convictions you don't know what time he might be suspended by the NFL.

(As in, he played football in jail, where Allen is destined to reside.)

ahh yes..gotta love those jailhouse D-Lineman. I do agree that we need a D-lineman with a nasty streak. Everybody on our team is so modest and humble about everything. I want us to sign/draft a couple of guys who are arrogant and like to talk a lot of BS, like Chad Johnson or somebody. The Texans need an edge to them.
