Default How far into the play-offs???

Is there a chance that we can actually go deep into the play-offs, I think if we can actually find a wayt oget the players we need, we can be a major play-off contender...

In Free Agency, we need to look at a Strond Saftey (Glenn Earl just doesn't get the job done) Defensive End, Linebacker and possibly a Corner that would be solid enough to start..

If we can snag Reggie Nelson in the first, our coverage will improve greatly allowing our defensive line to get the quarterback. Then we can look at a guy like Aron Sears, OT from Tennessee in the second.

I don't think you guys will make the playoffs. Notice I said, "think" not "know". Meaning it's possible but unlikely.

Do you really think SS,and DE are bigger needs than FS, CB2, DT? Please we currently have 2 SS that are OK, they could stand to be upgraded, but we do not have a single FS on the roster. You also want us to snag Nelson, argueably the best FS in the draft. Do you even know what position guys play on our team or in the draft?

I see you start the same thread daily, changing only a slight piece, come on guy we are all bored, but use a lot of thought before making your post. You have some good things to add, the first 5 times you posted this thread.

Oh and our DE are Williams, Weaver, Kalu, and Babin, solid, could use an upgrade for 3rd downs. Our DTs are Payne (old, hurt and overpaid) Travis Johnson (underacheiver, hurt, and over drafted), Maddox (got him from the street midseason, lucky find). Now which DL group looks more solid. Payne is lucky to not be cut, TJ, has to prove himself, because the DTs looked better after the 2 starters were lost for the year. We need to upgrade the DTs bad.

Agree with about the OLB, but that might have to wait until later.

agree with you about the DTs. the guy who started this thread said that Reggie Nelson would help improve our pass defense. While that may be true, we need to improve our pass RUSH first and foremost. without a solld front 4, you can have all the talent in the secondary you want and it simply won't matter.
