1-adrian peterson RB
2-joe staley OT 3-michael johnson FS 4-ryan mcbean DT 5-corey graham CB -peterson needs no explanation. -joe staley has been impressive at the senior bowl and fits the system. -johnson is an instinctive safety with playmaking ability. -ryan mcbean has alot of upside and athleticism for a DT. -corey graham is my sleeper pick from new hampshire. at 6'0 190lbs with 4.4 speed and stats to back it up. granted, its from a small school, but the kid's numbers are impressive. staley may not be there in the 2nd. but im hoping other OT's can rise, like ugoh. ryan harris is my backup plan in round 3 or 4 |

What you're doing by taking Stayley @ the forty and All Day with the eight is settling again on the o-line. This is the same song sixth revision for the football team. Wake me up when you've figured out that this doesn't work.
For a play action to work there has to be a threat of the rush in it. Staley at OLT is not going to strike fear into anyone. He is going to fold on a bull rush like a k mart suit.

I tend to agree with you 3toe, but after Thomas, there is a pretty sharp drop off. Brown is not having a great Senior Bowl. No great FA's out there as well.
Pick up Peterson IF they go offense before a DT. Next year will be better for LT (so I've read). |

I Wouldn't complain if this is how it went down. Insurance incase Spencer doesn't comeback Healthy. I think a lot on this draft is riding on that knee of Spencer.

Coach K had the linemen dropping weight before the season starting. Some were losing in the round of 30 pounds just to make them quicker. i don'tthink a "light" lineman at 295/300 will be a concern.

next year you have Baker, USC & Long, Michigan with Gaithers hopefully improving his grade as well.
