is he any good? seems to have prototypical measurables for a RB at 5'11 215lbs with a 4.5 40yd. sat out for a year, will have to prove himself at the combine, but whats your take on him?

He was very good last year, over a 6 ypc. He was viewed by some to be better than Maroney at this point in their careers. Sitting out a year hurt, but if he stayed in shape he would easily be worth a 3rd, maybe a late 2nd. And I thought he was faster than 4.5, could be wrong though.
