Not Simms related but in Bucs related news I heard an interesting opinion last night regarding Coach Gruden.
The sports reporter on ESPN Radio said he was the leading candidate at Alabama. I just never connected Gruden with that job. |

saban's the lead candidate, but since he's turned it down so many times already, they'll probably have to get a new leading candidate.

I was only listening with the radio on as background noise basically so I don't know if they mentioned Coach Saban or not. It was the middle of the night show that is on 610 where the guys are just basically talking to each other.

I like the signing. He is better than anyone they have and has a lot of potential. Our o-line is very young so it will be hard for Simms for another year or two, but I still think he can lead this team to the playoffs soon. Bucs draft Calvin Johnson and they'll be very scary with him, Michael clayton, and Maurice Stovall at Wideouts

wow. I think Gruden just signed his deathwish.
Simms just seems to choke in every big game. I hope they have a legit backup in place to relieve him of this...Cause Applewhite doesn't have his back now. |
