We really need to get a free safety though...it would make our defense alot better.

I think we may be picking too high to draft Landry. I am sick of drafting for needs. Let's just go with the best player available. If we can trade down to around 8 or 9, that is fine. I am assuming that the Texans will pick 4-6. I think G.Adams or Branch "The Tree' from Big Blue would be the way to go if we are picking 4-6. I still don't think our defensive line is capable of doing enough. I totally get what you are saying though. Build the team through our defense and have capable QB play from Plummer. it's a recipe for success but probably not a recipe for championships.

at this point in time I will take a little success in order to improve things around here in the locker room and fanbase as well as our national perception.

the locker room is a mess right about now....

Adams and Branch would be great players to add to this team....I just don't think they spend another 1st round pick on Dline. We've done that for 3 years in a row with Babin, TJ, and Mario. Adding another 1st rounder on the line would get expensive for that one area.

I can just see Casserly and McNair passing the crack pipe. Yeah what we need is a QB with our organizations first pick. We got big Boselli at LT to protect him. This is what happens when someone makes too much money too easily. What a bunch of idiots. Boselli, Buchanon, and on and on. Idiots.

The point(and my defense) of my last prediction, was that it was the preseason. & going by what we knew...... how our team looked... I think it was a lucid prediction. One that was made outside of what other teams were doing.

Miami was supposed to be in the SuperBowl, So was Carolina...... Pittsburg & Washington were locks for the playoffs....

you never know.

At the time, I believed we had every reason to believe we could go 13-3....

But all that changed whent he regular season started... Come September of '07, we'll be undefeated once again, and I'll be rooting for us to go 13-3.

Sides, I don't want Jake..... I'm not predicting anything. But it just dawned on me why some folks would welcome Jake in Houston.
