Gee ! I really give a rip if VY is on the cover of SI. Considering this is a board for the Houston Texans Football Team. Should I post whenever the cover photo has to do with any team on the NFL or are we supposed to be impressed because he just beat our team. Because I'm sure that Pennington,Losman,Manning,McNabb,and a few others might be wondering when there photo shoots going to happen.

This is his 6th cover and the curse hasn't gotten him. The last cover he was on, his next game they won by over 60 points. So....

Well, you know those times when you use the bathroom and forget to check for toilet paper first, only to find that the roll has been depleted??

SI is good for that situation, and for that alone.

Why does the media love him so much? In reality they barely squeeked by with a win. A performance like that against any other team but maybe Oakland would have resulted in a loss, but the media just can't stop praising him. It's like listening to Madden talk about Favre.

I hadn't read SI in many years and bought a subscription earlier this year to help out a school kid. I'm definitely not renewing. Great photos, but very few compelling stories and features. Most just end up in the trash can after about a five minute scan. Gotta love the lowlife tack fans, here only to antagonize and point fingers. All I say to that is what goes around comes around...
