Conspiracy Theory: Casserly did it on purpose
So Casserly knew he was on the way out and was bitter so in his last two moves, he extends Carr and drafs Williams. Way to screw em on the way out.
Although that's not what happened, it's almost more logical than to believe a GM could be as inept as Casserly has proven. Casserly= the Isiah Thomas of the NFL. |
