Default The QB position in the NFC

I am placing my votes for the probowl and I could not find 3 QBs to vote for out of the NFC..............its really kinda sad.

In the AFC I had problems picking which QB I had to drop from my top 3.....

Check out the NFC picks and tell me honestly another one that deserves to go besides Brees and Tony Romo (he's playing great right now) who if it wasn't for his emergence at QB I couldn't pick two that deserve to go right now.

Here's the list.

Players
D. Brees NO
M. Brunell WAS
M. Bulger STL
J. Delhomme CAR
B. Favre GB
J. Garcia PHI
B. Gradkowski TB
R. Grossman CHI
M. Hasselbeck SEA
B. Johnson MIN 2483
J. Kitna DET
M. Leinart ARI
E. Manning NYG
T. Romo DAL
A. Smith SF
M. Vick ATL

I had to settle for Hasselbeck, only because I feel he'll finish the strongest out of the bunch (but Vick will go.....again.....even with a overrated season....again)............its really sad in the NFC.

Yeah I guess he would be the third best choice, its just hard for me to take a QB off a sub .500 losing team.........he does have good #s though.

Default Re: The QB position in the NFC

I voted for Drew Brees, Tony Romo, and Rex Grossman. Grossman's vote was before the horrendous game he had this past Sunday though. There's not really a good 3rd QB to choose. Bulger is...eh. The Rams have lost 6 out of their last 7 or something to that extent so I found it hard to vote for him. Brees is the only obvious choice. Romo should go if he continues playing as well as he has.

I think that Brees is the NFC MVP so he's in.

Romo is second in NFC MVP so he's in.

After that the picture gets kinda cloudy.

Grossman is on a good team but he has bad numbers.

Bulger is on a bad team but he has good numbers.

Vick is a playmaker but the Falcons are struggling & his passing numbers aren't great.

I think those are the 3 guys that have a chance but I'm pretty sure that the media will swing it for Eli Manning.
