Seattle Seahawks Signed tight end Bennie Joppru from the practice squad of the Chicago Bears.

Been a great year for the Texans eh?

Didn't make RB priority in draft. starter quits. last game 25 yds rushing.
Made TE big need position. Ended up with too many. Cut a good one instead of making Hback. FB/HB Cook drops fumbles twice arguably leading to two losses.
Drafted a big ole stud of a LT. Never had one. He gets his leg nearly amputated by a rumbling water buffalo.

The Texans are as close to a jinxed team as it goes.

Joppru has been cut by one of the worst teams in the NFL, which he has sat out of for years injured. Now, he lands on a SB contender (well, last time I checked anyway). Hope everythign works out for him. I'm sure some won't feel that way though.

I didn't think about that. That's a happy ending. I liked him a lot. Unfortunately guys I like on this team have a bad habit of getting injured or cut.

I thought they should have kept Wand instead of Bedell, and same goes
for keeping Bennie instead of Breuner or Putzier.
Anyway, maybe we'll get to see Bennie on TV Sunday night in Denver catching some passes ?
