[THIS IS NOT A TEXANS HATER THREAD!!!] I'm not sure why, but I WAS thinking that we were a bit better than that. Saints... Eagles... Colts... Chargers... Steelers... Cowboys... Patriots... Bengals... Falcons... Packers... Giants... Rams... Bears... Lions... Jags... Vikings... Chiefs... Dolphins... Redskins... Broncos... Panthers... Ravens... TEXANS... 49ers... Seahawks... Jets... Titans... Cardinals... Bucs... Bills... Browns... Raiders... http://www.nfl.com/stats/teamsort/NF...r?sort_col_1=4 And we are 28th in Total Defense... Bears... Ravens... Jags... Patriots... Dolphins... Cowboys... Vikings... Raiders... Panthers... Chargers... Steelers... Eagles... Chiefs... Broncos... Giants... Colts... Saints... Browns... Seahawks... Falcons... Bucs... 49ers... Bills... Packers... Aside from the obvious point...our record...I guess that I wasn't aware that we were so terrible in total "O" & "D." Naive I reckon. Is anyone else surprised by these stats???

Well the defense really stunk at first ( they were last by 100 yds ) ... then they really started holding their own . I think their 24 th in scoring defense .

The best part of those stats are that they are a welcome improvement over last season hopefully by the end of this season they will be better on both O and on D.

The defense is good. They just had a horrendous start. As for the offense...Carr has gotten worse, but the running game is much better.

Keep in mind that our D was absolutely patheitc through about 5-6 games early in the season. And our offense... Well, it's been typical Houston offense. No consistency to maintain drives and points.
