We scored 27 against the Bengals last year in a 34-27 loss.

Two themes that were talked about a great deal over the past week : "Priest Holmes is hurt" and "Kansas City has a terrible defense". Both of these were highly overrated by Texans fans looking for hope. Maybe it's just because I support a team that plays in the same division as Steve McNair but I've gotten to the point where I put zero stock in someones supposed injury unless they're listed as "Out" for the game. And just because KC's defense hasn't been able to stop Denver and Carolina that's no reason to suppose they can't stop the Texans. The Lions and Chargers can stop the Texans. Our Sister of the Blessed Miracle Orphans Home can stop the Texans and more important than that nobody is better at stopping the Texans than "The Texans". Final note, didn't someone post earlier in the week asking why anyone ever runs a reverse and saying that they never work? Has this person been watching the Texans since 2002? The reverse works on us every single time no matter who's running it or how many times they've run it. I'm really getting tired of that.
