FO does everything off of the last year's stats so completely without reference to the Texans it is total BS as the NFL is far more fluid than that.

cat, that isn't completely true. They have the Eagles ranked 9th overall. If they simply based the rankings on last year's stats, they couldn't possibly rank the Eagles that high.

I think an important factor that has the Texans ranked so low is the fact that almost always it takes a season for a new coach with a new system to have an impact in the win-loss results. There is so much more for the players to learn when the playbook is completely new, and that can be the difference between winning and losing the close ones. Kubiak definitely has the potential to be an excellent NFL head coach. Texans fans may need to show a little patience though.
