seems like the second time they got caught 'cheating the system'. Fined by the NFL $950,000 AND a 3rd round draft pick. Should have been more, IMHO.

I agree. It seems like the Broncos don't think the rules apply to them. I remember last year when they 'decided' they would be cooler in their white jerseys when they opened the season in San Diego, even though San Diego selected their white jerseys for the game. The Broncos just brought their white jerseys and lied, saying it was inadvertent. Then they paid the fine. They obviously think it's better to ask forgiveness then permission ... they need to be hammered. At the very least, the games should be forfeited in the record books so that Shanehan can't strut around like he has this great winning record. He cheats.

Didn't he get punished for not posting the injuries of his players or something to that extent? I know there is an increased emphasis on that particular rule this year, and Bellicheck and Shannahan can't be happy about it.
