I don't think Toro looks mean, but at least he's not funny looking. This mascot is so odd and ugly that it's funny. It should be the mascot for a minor league team, not an NFL one.

no, he doesn't look mean (more of a joke on my part). But, then again, some dude in a stuffed animal outfit never really does look all that mean. But he is lean! (Especially compared to that Colts mascot or the Rockets dumb bearthing.)
