Which Defense?

Guys...I need some help.

Which Defense should I use this weekend?

I have Tennessee's Defense against Indianapolis...or
the Texans Defense against the Lions.

And should I use Travis Henry over Deuce Staley?

Tough call on the defenses. It really depends on how your league is setup. If it's one where you get negative points for any score over 27 or so then I might lean towards using the Texans defense. Both teams are bound to make a mistake or two, and I think Manning could get into a shootout with McNair. I think I'd start Travis Henry over Staley. Staley will be facing Baltimore's run defense. Even with the Bills questionable O-Line I'd take Henry.

Yeah...I have a -points leauge (yahoo). Its a real tough call. I think my gut instincts are telling me to go with Houston, and Travis Henry...even though Henry is "probable" with a hamstring injury.

The downside on Staley is that Pittsburgh seems to be using Bettis on the goaline. That means less TDs for Staley on the ground. Henry has the edge there, and even though he's probable he might give you just enough depending on who your other starting RB is.

I would go with Houston's defense. I have a feeling Manning is going to light up Tennessee's defense. Two of their four starting defensive linemen are rookies.

Steelers could continue to have Bettis make the goal line carries.
