Best State in the Union

Hey I was just thinking about which state would be able to field the best football team.

I thought of this because of the State of Origing competition that runs in the NRL in Australia. Players represent the state in which they first played senior grade football.

Now if we took this idea to the NFL level, what state would be able to field the strongest team if they were put together based on who went to College in that state.

My first instinct is to think that Florida, Texas and California would dominate because of the big schools in these areas... maybe also Ohio, Michigan....

Thought that this would help fill in those days before the season starts.

Perhaps if people were keen we could list the starting offenses and defenses for some states and see who the consensus winner is.

I will do one when I get a chance.

Also, most of those players played college in Florida, but they are from somewhere else. I will have to look that up.

From the state. It is down to Texas, California, and Florida

My original idea was representing the state they balled in. Mainly because it is easier and quicker to find a players College than hometown.
