Default Which one would you keep?

Lions | Rogers or Williams could be gone
Fri, 12 May 2006 09:17:41 -0700

Tom Kowalski, of mLive.com, reports the Detroit Lions could part with either WR Charles Rogers or WR Mike Williams before the regular season.

So I pose this question to you all...which WR would you keep around? Rogers or Williams?

I say keep Williams and get trade Rogers.

Tough choice. I think Rogers is a better receiver but with his injury problems and his love affair with Mary Jane, I'd keep Williams.

I'd keep Williams too. Rogers is made of glass and the smoke is a huge issue. He'll be out of football in another year or two (max) IMO.

I'd keep Mike Williams. If he gets released I really hope we'd atleast look at him considering Kevin Walter is our #3 WR right now and Mike Williams is young and has a ton of talent. Whichever team who has him going into the season has a very talented WR.

You can thank the Lions for that pick. We picked after them.

yup. also thank willis mcgahee for blowing his knee out. if not, he'd be a lion and "c-rog" would be a texan.

Correct me if I'm wrong but it seems I remember reading that our scout had AJ rated above CRogers ... or that if it came down to it, we'd have picked AJ anyhow.

Id keep Williams, but the fact that they are already talking about getting rid of him after 1 year is not good. Is he not coachable?? If the Lions want to get rid of somebody, get rid of M.Millen. Im surprised he did'nt draft Chad Jackson.....

I would keep Williams based off of the fact that he can at least stay healthy.
