Has he been getting much work in practice and what are the coaches saying about him?
Any chance he plays this year?
I can't imagine he would make it through waivers to the practice squad w/his potential.

Well he won't play in Denver, but I'm sure he'll make the roster in some capacity. He will likely see some playing time on special teams this year, but he might see more playing time if an injury pushes him into a starting role.

As I understand, the plan is to put him on Injured Unable to Perform list for the year.

That's what I understood too, but perhaps he means the PUP list and to play him after Week 6. That still seems a bit odd though since he's been practicing.

Symons, Joppru and Ramon Walker are the only guys on the PUP list. They IR'd Marcus Bell yesterday.

Earl is not on the PUP list currently and he has been practicing with the team. They are taking it easy on him with limited contact, etc. Injury-wise, think of him as this year's Tony Hollings. His surgery was in early November '03. I can't remember but think Walker's surgery was in early January.

I heard CC on SR610 this morning say Glenn has been praticing with his unit and may play tonight. He said if he doesn't play tonight, he will play next Thursday for sure. They are just being cautious with him. Sounds like good news.
