The Texans are going to start playing to win games, just around the corner...
talk about a play book - wow, it's coming...just around the corner.

And open up the offense-- you betcha, just around the corner.
But, even more exciting, no more excuses are coming, like--
-other teams didn't win either
-that player is still new to the system
-these games don't count
-still early in the season
-tada,tada,tada...just around the corner.. Yes,sir --- the Texans are
going to win and win big...just around the corner, can hardly wait!!

The way to go about this is when we actually get past the corner. Then you come back and say "Well, we're around that corner and what's happened? NOTHING! IT'S ALL THE SAME CRUMMY PLAYBOOK AND LOSING THAT WE HAD BEFORE WE GOT TO THAT CORNER SO ALL YOU APOLOGISTS START THROWING OUT YOUR NEW EXCUSES"

Or something like that. Firing that off halfway through preseason though is weak.

I have never made any excuses for any of our losses except that we didn't make the plays needed to win, just like I never made an excuse as to why we won a game. I am proud of my team when they just play hard. I could've accepted the loss if in the second half we came back and played even harder. That wasn't the case so yes we sucked on Saturday. If we come back and show some hard work, you will here me say hey we played hard and showed what we really can do.
