This is a link to a site that offers a new way of measureing the players in the Draft. I did the best i could wtih the conversions and Reggie Bush scored a 74 or75 , and thats better than A.J. Hawk. cna anyone else get the cores for vince or some of our other prospects?

It's kind of silly to establish three categories of different measurements and then just add them together. If the system had a reference number of the "average" prospect and then compared percentage difference to it, that would make the system a lot fairer. A player who does one more rep or jumps 1 inch higher gets a full point. A player has to jump another whole FOOT in the broad to get the same benefit.
As it is, it's heavily biased in favor of strength and vertical, utterly ignores speed and minimizes explosion (broad jump). |
