Question about Texans new team...

With so many new faces on the Texans already, it will be hard pressed for anyone to argue that this team will be anything like it was. We have new line backers, new recievers, new offensive lineman, new defensive ends, and new back ups to back ups. This influx of new players has not even included young players that we will draft in April where even more new faces will appear in training camp.

I am happy for the change, I am indeed delighted about them. My only concern is that we will not be able to gel with this pot pouri of new players. My question is whether Kubiak will have this team grounded come first game kick off. Is 18 new players on a team going to negatively effect chemistry? Or is this an attempt to overwhelm with numbers - where we are hoping to find that chemistry and you find it by signing half of the league and get rid of the guys who are not fitting in...

I just hope it pays off.

Do you honestly believe the team had any kind of chemistry last yr? Imo, they will be fine and better than what we think.

We'll be fine. and have no fear, moulds, ranier, walter, flannigan, schiffino, rosenfls, weaver, kalu, putzier, and reggie are here! ok so reggie isnt here yet but he will be in a month, and it just had a good ring to it... have no fear reggie is hear. try it out, it just rolls off the tongue.

It will take some time. Im hoping by mid season, finishing .500. Its hard to tell given things like, lucky breaks, officiating, turnovers, injuries.

Agreed. The new face of the Texans will paste itself together through some hard work and mere optimism.

I dont like how they put us in the power rankings...i see us wiht a 8-8 season final!
