Default mock revised..everyone will be happy

RD 1 vince young..woohoo all UT fans will not jump ship!!
trade RD 2 and both rd 3's to saints plus next years round 2
with 2nd pick in this years draft take reggie bush!!!! woohoo!!!! all bush lovers(no pun) are happy
then we trade tennesee next years round 1 and round 3 and david carr for 3rd pick and cash considerations...we take D'brick...kill ourselves in the cap situation....we cut mckinney(had to throw that in)

so to recap
RD1 pick #1 vince
RD1 pick #2 reggie
RD1 pick #3 Brick
RD2 pick #1 gone..but bennie joppru comes back healthy..we have a TE now!!
RD3 pick #1 we'll assume we got bentley in FA so we didn't need this pick
RD3 pick #2 gone but charley would have wasted it on some gamble
RD4 pick #1 the best lineman available..should be a decent guard left..we'll have all night to find him
RD5 pick #1 hopefully charley is gagged and bound at this point and kubes will be picking BPA from this point on

and there you have it...carr is gone..we got vince..we got reggie...we got brick..charley gagged and bound...life is perfect...oh except we will have a rookie QB and struggle..um...and we have no picks in the top 3 rounds next year

There is a problem with this.

It is almost 100% sure that the #2 pick in NO will be a QB.

They didn't hire a prolific QB developer and bench their starting QB as well as sign their franchise back to a big deal last year only to draft another running back....

Reggie Bush will not go #2.

Ahhh my bad.

Hmmm....that could happen but I doubt it. The Saints are sitting pretty at #2. A QB goes #1 to houston, np, they get the other QB. Reggie goes #1 to Houston? np, they have their choice in QBs.

I think anyone sitting in the top 5 spots is in VERY good shape. I could see anyone trading down to where the Raiders are at #6 and still drafting a franchise QB. I see Jay Cutler from Vanderbuilt possibly going in the top 10 to a team who may need a QB (maybe the jets at #4 depending on Pennington's shoulder). I think Al Davis takes himself his QB of the future at #6; however, I wouldn't be shocked to see him try to move up to take a Vince or Wheinart.
