Marcus Vick has been suspended by VaTech for his two-step on Mario. He should either transfer to 1-AA or declare for the draft, as VaTech has suspended him before and he will not play most of the season next year. profootballtalk.com has been a good source, but not everyone finds them credible.

not quite sure if i believe this. VTech would be some serious dumbasses to suspend him for the entire season. Vick maybe a hot head, but his little 'two step" deserves a 1 game suspension at most...

this wouldn't suprise me at all. the reason he would be suspended so long is because him being let back into school was he last chance and anything else would be the end of his career at va tech. also the hokies might be trying to get rid of the notion that they are a dirty team. also it was elvis dummerville, not mario williams. both great pass rushers so honest mistake.

Vick right now gives them the best option to win. Dont hate him because hes related to Mike Vick. If USC's golden boy pulled this stunt i have doubts if they would suspend him for his senior year (assuming he did this his jr year.) Do remember Vick is still very young, and i think it would be disgusting to see this kid's potential be wasted by some stupid mistake he made in college that didn't involve drugs, murder, or any other felony charges!!!

yeah but he has already wasted a lot of his potential sitting out a year for drugs and buying beer for 15 year old girls.

Other than the fact that it was just plain STUPID. I'm not sure it warrants more than a 1 or 2 game suspension.

If you did that in the NFL or if he'd done it during the regular season he wouldn't get more than 1 or 2 games.

It was incredibly DUMB but also not an entire year's worth.

If that's the case the entire teams of the two schools a few years back that FOUGHT each other the entire game should have been suspended for a year and all they did was miss their bowl games.

Hes just a sh!tty person, VT recruits plenty of talent and they'll be good with him or without him. I would kick him out of school, thats just one incidence too many. And Dumervil should have kicked his @ss.

I'm sure that his previous suspension had more than something to do with this. If I remember correctly, he partied and intoxicated with underage girls. His suspension is only one game, but I am pretty sured VaTech will also try to punish him by giving PT to other QBs.
