Saw it on the main page but on the injury report it says he is probable...Does anybody know what happend????

I am not sure what caused the downgrade. However, I also heard that he was now listed as "out" on 610 a.m. about an hour ago.

So we have TWO broken-down RB's who can't make it through ONE season healthy and folks are complaining about us possibly drafting bush?

I'm not saying I"m for it but DANG. Guess Morency can win him some SERIOUS PT or a heck of a trade bait for us!!!!

Morency left practice this week with flu like symtoms. Looks like Hollings, anyone else remember him (wore #25), will be getting some PT.

Alright! What a great time to play Hollings....and Bradford and Buchannon and Ragone and Coleman. We should try out Pitts as a kicker this week!

Hollings took a good amount of the carries in Friday's practice, so expect to see the 2nd round phenomenom this weekend.

By placing Wells on the IR he will miss... exactly ONE game. If this was the middle of the season, he would "just" be out for the game.

Davis' injury this year came from overworking him rather than bringing Wells and Morency in to shoulder a bit of the load (his knee problems started with 22 first-half carries against the Colts here, more carries in that first half against a tough, physical defense than Bush has has in all but two whole games this year BTW), Wells' came from a deep thigh bruise that got hit last game and he could likely play if they really needed him to but in this situation there's not much point and they have Morency waiting to get his chance. On a side note, we'd better throw the ball a lot tomorrow. The 49ers already have by far the worst pass defense in the NFL (282 ypg, next worse is KC at 237) and three of their CBs are likely out (Ahmed Plummer is listed as out and two others are listed as doubtful). Give David and Andre a nice game to finish the year on, although weather forecasts say it will be rainy the whole weekend too so that might slow down the passing game a bit, if our coaches even decide to try to throw on them.
