When Does someone become Ineligible to play college football? Is it after they sign with an agent or after they talk with an agent?
I ask because I saw where Reggie Bush is interviewing agents. http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/news/story?id=2267137 Also, did anyone else see where Matt Leinart had an issue with the eligibility to play in the Rose Bowl for one day because of the Promo he did for ESPN? http://sports.espn.go.com/ncf/bowls0...ory?id=2267624

A college athlete cannot due promos for things such as ESPN or other promotional ads non-related or accepted by NCAA policy. He can be interviewed, but no promos of to increase his own worth if you will. Also speaking with agents is fine, signing with an agent makes you ineligible for college sports.
