Wade Phillips
His defenses always seem to have some success against the Colts. In a division where we face Peyton and friends twice, we should consider hiring Wade as a coach or DC. Or it could be that they just have more talent than we do.

Phillips wouldn't leave there to be our DC, maybe leave to be our HC. He wouldn't be a bad option as HC.

He is not just like Capers. A perfect example of that can be found in his winning percentage which is obviously higher.
I would not have a problem with Wade Phillips as our head coach.
