Uhh this doesnt seem that good of a question to me. The jets are looking alot better then us and we will get a pick over them. Plus they have a good RB in curtis martin.

what picks?? this adds a whole new diminsion to mock drafting!! the only team i was aware of that had two first rounders was denver. When did the jets aquire a second first rounder this year? i've heard scattered rumors but nothing has confirmed it yet, so until i see proff...its just a rumor. |

The Jets do not have 2 first round picks.
Domanick had a great game but the problem with him is that he can't finish his runs. He broke a few long ones but was always caught from behind and tackled. He does not have the afterburners that Reggie Bush does to finish runs and score the touchdown. |

You know they didn't taste the endzone once today and the closest they came was AJ dropping a TD pass right? When we reached the red zone Davis was shut down. At the half he had over a hundred yards and in the second half he gained fifty. The Ravens shut down the part of the Texans offense that matters. That's the part where we get the ball into AJ's hands. The part where DD throws the team on his back and carries them to a big win doesn't exist.

Yea, but I blame that on the coaches too. DD can only do what he's capable of. Capers wants ball control but we 1) Don't have a dominating running game 2) We've yet to make a team really pay in the passing game (unless you count the first half of the Rams debacle...)
Davis is a decent runner, but this team will never become what Capers envisioned as long as they are content with this kind of run game. We get a bunch of running yards at the expense of our passing game which in turn hurts the running game by making the offense largely one dimensional. I did see some passing-game improvement today but they're going to have to hit on some of those big plays if anyone is going to take them seriously. |

The Texans are a lock for a top 3 finish without winning at least 2 of their remaining 4 games - and even with a 2-2 finish might have a shot at the #3 pick. The Texans would be very happy with a 5-7 pick looking at names like LT "Brick" (Pitts to Guard), CB Jimmy Williams (Buchanan to nickel), LB AJ Hawk (one of the ever changing LBs to trash heap). |

I have to agree that the Jets do look like a good thing to be our best competition for the #1 Draft pick. They are just as bad as we are currently, they at least get shut right down. We lead with 60 seconds left and choke *pulls the feathers from that whole chicken stuck half way down the Texan's throat*!
San Fran are showing they have a lil' fight in them in games atm, Baltimore beat us so that helped claw them out of the cellar along with Cleveland (remember them, they started this whole mess, blame them) and Tennessee are the only other team I see with a chance of finishing bottom 3 after their performance (or lack thereof) against the Super Bowl champs...
