Bob Mcnair of the Houston Texans appoints people of imcompetance to key management positions. Casserley is the Mike Brown of disaster relief for this houston franchise. Redskin knew this guys time was up along-time ago and was HAPPY to get rid of him. Capers is a losing coach overall as a manager and never had the resume to qualify him as a HeadCoach. Tell Palmer if he wants to run the ball everyplay then let him get out on the offensive line and throw some blocks and showem how to get it done, otherwise give us fans some 3 passing down snaps... yes even when we are 27 points down (heh) I would like to see the ball thrown down-field. Seems like this Houston Texans is really the old Houston Oilers in drag. The Bosseli deal set the team back 5 years before the 1st snap was ever taken by this franchise. Unless people light a fire under mcnairs *** on ticket sales this team will be in the gutter for along time to come.

I know how y'all are feeling. The Jags went through this **** for four years before finally having a winning season last year. What goes around comes around. Just be true to your team and you'll be stronger for it.

Oh really? Well complaceny and incompetance is just as evil and I had been an Oiler fan for 20 years under Bud Adams. Like any bussiness if the owner is complacent with his team a conspiracy never really is in the equation now is it?

I, along with many other fans off and on this board BELIEVED in the system. We had faith that Capers and Co. knew what they were doing. We seem to be sadley mistaken. But if we were believing it, I'm sure the man who hired them was believing it too. McNair wants to win just as bad as we do.

To "hang in there" is not the same as being complacent. We need to support the team, although constructive criticism is a method for doing so (note the operative word here is ‘constructive’).

This is year 4, and a winning season is the last thing on our mind right now...it would be delusional at best to really believe it this year. Unfortunately, I'm thinking more along the lines of wondering how the Tampa Bay fans stuck with their losing franchise for so many decades.

I have been supporting Houston teams since 1986 when I moved to TX. I can handle a loss or two. I can't handle the lack of development to the OL and Carr. I would really like to see more effort focussed on the OL protection. I am excited to see the changes. I am also happy to see a common goal on the offensive side.
