A winning Team
I have got it folks... I have the solutions.
All we need to do is the following. Trade PBuc for a 2nd Rounder, Trade Carr for a 2nd and a 3rd rounder, Trade Steve Mc for a 4th Rounder, Trade Bradford for 4th Rounder, Trade Ragone for a 3rd Rounder, Trade Wade for a 3rd Rounder, Trade Payne for a 3rd Rounder, Trade DD for a 2nd and 3rd, Trade Walker for a 3rd Rounder. Drop Hollings and Juppro Then from there... We would run with Banks QB Armstrong, Gaffney, and Dre WR Wells and Morency RB Norris FB Worked for me on Madden Rofl........... sigh

I still think Carr has the potential to do very well. I say they need a new coach, one that is about discipline. I wouldn't shrug losses off like thats ok guys we'll get 'em next week. Everyone is gonna feel it from coaching staff to the water boy. Capers is to passive and it is reflecting on the team - especially on offense. I know the coach is not out there on the field playing but they are the ones coming up w/ the plays and making the calls.
There is alot of talent out there. And it's a shame that it's not shining.
