I think Tom Jackson of NFL Primetime said it best...
...(regarding Leftwich) ..."He's as tough as they get" It is one thing to take a shot(s) like that, and sit out the game. But Leftwich came back on the field (risking SERIOUS injury) and made huge plays while getting hammered. I am soooooo glad we have this guy as our QB. Tough as nails... |

Much respect for Byron! I think "tough as nails" is even putting it softly. Jag's should be very proud of him and they should ban all their fans that continue to bash him. Not a lot of QB's could do what he did yesterday after being sacked that many times and after being injured... (any information on the status?) Hope that everything is okay. I dont like to see players get hurt... but, it is football. Players are going to get hurt. The OL should be kicking themselves right now... IMO!
Good luck with the JETS game... went over to check on them and they are shaking in their boots! RIGHTFULLY SO! Peace! |

Right now it is looking like Byron is just EXTRA soar. No real injuries. Thank God he didn't re-injure that knee. He is a tough SOB.
Thanks for the luck, and good luck against the Bowns... |

Sunday's game is proof to my devotion to Byron. Where I sit at the home games, there are seveal jack ***** who gripe about him everytime a play goes wrong. They sound like democrats....'BLAME BYRON!!'
Thanks for the props..

I guess you guys became a expansion team in the wrong year :P but I do think Carr will do better with a better OL...
