Get these jokers .... Fox has UT#9 and Ohio St. #4 ..... Did they watch the same game we all did ? Is Casserly drawing up this mess like he does his Draft Gems ?!?

Texas Tech not even in the top 25 ....Michigan falls to #6 after the loss to #21 Notre Dame . Miami (FL) #11 after its loss to #10 Florida State .... What a joke .

Anyone know if this poll is factored into the BCS formula ....I cant remember and dont care to look it up .

Its Bad enough that we will turn on Fox southwest this whole week and have to hear NOTHING BUT Cowpies but now .... I Really HATE FOX !!!!

Texas NEVER gets any respect.
There are SOOOO many haters out there. I guarantee you that if we would have lost......all sorts of people would have been on this board saying stuff. My "fav" UH person would have been here saying all kinds of things! Oh well....such is life!

Texas was ranked #2 in the nation BEFORE beating Ohio State. I think we are getting plenty of respect. This game was hyped to the Nth degree. Vince Young is getting Heisman hype despite digging the holes he craws out of. Ohio State barely missed a FG and their TE dropped a sure TD. If either of those went the other way, it is probably game over. I am excited we won, but I am aware that OSU handed us the win.

Got to beat Oklahoma, but as far as hating is concerned, look at last year. Texas barely got into the Rose Bowl because of a few votes. I think they deserved it as they showed at the Rose Bowl. But again, when Texas goes and beats OU, they'll get all the respect they deserve.

No they won't. If/When they beat blOwU every media blowhard will claim that it was because they're going through their rebuilding process. They just beat the #4 team in the country in their place. I don't see how beating a team that currently ranks 17th on a neutral field compares to that.
